Where We Ship

SYNC Health currently ships to addresses within the continental United States (48 states). We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.

How Your Order Is Made

Every SYNC order is manufactured fresh and assembled to order. There are no pre-made, off-the-shelf products sitting in a warehouse. Each pack is formulated based on your individual health profile, freshly produced, and personally labelled with your name before it ships. This means your order is uniquely yours from the moment production begins — it cannot be redirected, reassigned, or transferred to another individual.

Because of this made-to-order process, please allow additional processing time compared to standard retail products.

Order processing & production: 1-2 business days

Standard shipping: 1-3 business days from dispatch

Total estimated delivery: 3-5 business days from order

Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather events, high-volume periods, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping Rates

  • Orders of $99 or more: Free standard shipping
  • All subscription orders: Free standard shipping, regardless of order value
  • One-time orders under $99: $8.50 flat-rate shipping

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email upon purchase and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched. If your tracking number shows no activity after 48 hours, please contact us at hello@beinsync.co.

Modifications After Purchase

Because your order enters custom production upon payment, we are unable to modify, cancel, redirect, or combine orders once submitted. Please verify your shipping address and order details carefully before completing checkout. SYNC Health is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Delayed, Lost, or Undelivered Shipments

If your order has not arrived within 10 business days of the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@beinsync.co with your order number. We will open an investigation with our carrier partner and work toward a resolution, which may include reshipment or store credit at our discretion.

SYNC Health is not liable for packages marked as delivered by the carrier. If the carrier confirms delivery but you have not received your order, we recommend checking with household members, neighbours, and your building management before contacting us.

Returned-to-Sender Packages

If a package is returned to us due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address:

  • We will contact you to confirm corrected details
  • Reshipment may be arranged subject to an additional shipping fee
  • Alternatively, store credit may be issued (excluding original shipping costs)

No refunds are issued for returned-to-sender packages.

Returns & Refunds

General Policy

SYNC Health products are manufactured fresh to order, individually formulated based on your personal health profile, and labelled with your name. They are not generic, off-the-shelf supplements. Because each order is a custom production run made exclusively for you, we do not accept general returns. Your product cannot be restocked, resold, reassigned, or redistributed once production has commenced.

This policy exists to ensure product safety, prevent contamination, maintain formulation integrity, and comply with industry regulations governing personalised ingestible health products.

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind the quality and integrity of every SYNC formulation. If you are not satisfied with your first order, we offer a 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee subject to the following terms:

Eligibility Requirements — All Must Be Met:

  1. First order only. The guarantee applies exclusively to your first SYNC Health purchase. Subsequent orders, renewals, and reorders are not eligible.
  2. Minimum usage period of 14 days. You must have used the product consistently for a minimum of 14 days before submitting a claim. Supplement protocols require time to take effect, and we require adequate usage before evaluating satisfaction.
  3. Claim submitted within 30 days of delivery. Your claim must be received at hello@beinsync.co within 30 calendar days of the delivery date confirmed by carrier tracking.
  4. Completion of a Satisfaction Review. You must complete a brief structured feedback form provided by our team, which includes details on your usage frequency, duration, experience, and specific reasons for dissatisfaction. General statements such as "it didn't work" or "I changed my mind" without supporting detail do not meet this requirement.
  5. Return of remaining product. You must return any remaining unused product to SYNC Health at your expense. We will provide a return shipping address upon approval of your claim. Product must be received within 14 days of claim approval. Claims without product return will not be processed.

What Is Not Covered:

  • Orders beyond your first purchase with SYNC Health
  • Claims submitted after 30 calendar days from delivery
  • Products that have been used for fewer than 14 days
  • Claims without a completed Satisfaction Review
  • Claims where remaining product is not returned
  • Dissatisfaction based solely on taste, smell, texture, or capsule size
  • Orders where a subscription discount, promotional code, or bundled offer was applied — refunds are calculated based on the amount actually paid by the customer, not the pre-discount retail price
  • Subscription renewal orders (subscription modifications including cancellation, pause, skip, and formulation changes are available at any time before your next billing date — see Subscriptions below)

Refund Process:

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product and completed Satisfaction Review, eligible claims will be processed as follows:

  • Refund is issued to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days from receipt of returned product
  • SYNC Health reserves the right to offer reformulation, store credit, or an alternative resolution in lieu of a monetary refund where appropriate

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to contact our team. In many cases, adjusting your formulation, timing, or protocol approach can meaningfully improve your experience — and our team is here to help with that at no additional cost.

Guarantee Abuse: SYNC Health reserves the right to deny claims that show indicators of abuse, including but not limited to: multiple accounts created by the same individual, claims filed immediately upon delivery without adequate usage, patterns of repeated guarantee claims across associated accounts, or fraudulent representations of usage or experience. We reserve the right to limit or revoke guarantee eligibility at our sole discretion.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains incorrect items, we will make it right. To request a resolution:

  • Contact hello@beinsync.co within 7 calendar days of delivery
  • Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence where applicable

Upon verification, we will provide a replacement shipment at no cost to you. In cases where replacement is not feasible, store credit may be issued. Refunds for damaged or incorrect items are issued at SYNC Health's discretion and are not automatic.

SYNC Health is not responsible for damage caused by the carrier after dispatch. If your package arrives with visible external damage, we recommend documenting the condition with photos before opening and contacting us immediately.

Subscriptions

SYNC subscriptions are designed for flexibility. You may manage your subscription at any time through your SYNC dashboard or by contacting hello@beinsync.co.

Available Modifications

  • Cancel your subscription before your next billing date
  • Pause deliveries for up to 60 days
  • Skip your next scheduled delivery
  • Update your health profile to adjust your formulation
  • Swap ingredients within your personalised plan (subject to availability and clinical compatibility)

Important Terms

  • All subscription changes must be made before your next renewal date. Once an order has been processed and payment collected, that order cannot be cancelled, modified, or refunded.
  • We send a reminder email prior to each renewal so you have time to make changes.
  • Cancelling your subscription does not entitle you to a refund for any previously fulfilled orders.
  • Promotional pricing, introductory discounts, and first-order offers apply to the initial subscription order only and do not carry forward to renewal orders unless explicitly stated.

Limitation of Liability

SYNC Health supplements are wellness products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Individual results vary based on factors including but not limited to absorption rates, nutritional history, lifestyle, adherence to recommended use, and biological differences.

SYNC Health makes no guarantees regarding specific health outcomes. Our 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee is a customer service commitment and does not constitute a warranty of efficacy or therapeutic result.
